Your package will come to you in one of these formats. Did you order the smaller lots, you'll probably get it home in our white vaderade envelopes.
	If however you have ordered more stuff, you will receive your order in less or more cartons, depending on the product you ordered.

Discrete senders

All our packages have the sender: Nordic Trade Tower Ltd and sent in discrete packets / cartons. It appears nowhere on the outside package what's in your package. So you can be totally confident when you order from us.

Deliveries in Sweden

From that you have placed your order to be shipped out from our warehouse, it takes up to 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends, and unless otherwise stated). If the product ordered by the customer be sold out, we contact the customer in question. Subject to any final sale. If anything in your order to be traveled noticed we reserve the right to send an equal kind and contact you as a customer and will agree. Provide always your correct contact information!

Delivery outside Sweden

From that you have placed your order to be shipped out from our warehouse, it takes up to 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends, and unless otherwise stated). Furthermore, it takes different lengths of time for the carrier you choose to send your package from Sweden to your country. Please consult your carrier you choose for further information. Should the product you ordered being out of stock we will contact you. Subject to any final sale. If anything in your order to be traveled noticed we reserve the right to send an equal kind and contact you as a customer and will agree. Provide always your correct contact information!

Customs

For shipments outside Sweden will be no liability for any duty or miscellaneous restrictions.

Notification

You, the customer will be 100% up to date with how your order, delivery takes place. You will be informed about your order from seconds after you have placed your order, unless your contact information is correct. So be sure to fill in the correct information so you do not miss out on these notification possibilities.

Order Confirmation: Immediately after you have placed your order you will receive an order acknowledgment confirming that your order is placed.

Redemption Fee: As soon as your order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email sent to you, a so-called prior notice, which includes your tracking number which you will be able to track your package.

Carrier Alert: Depending on the notification options you indirectly made the carrier to notify you with information about when your package has arrived and where you can pick it out.That way, you have complete control over what happens with your order.

SMS: If you want to receive SMS notification you state a valid mobile number in the phone box at checkout! Mail: If you want to get mail-notification states a valid email address in the Email Address field at checkout!

NOTE! Our system gives priority SMS notification up to then will mail notice. If none of these records are then the carrier will send you a paper avi!
