Instructions:
Swish the mouthwash around your mouth for 3 minutes
Spit, don't swallow anything
Repeat until you've used the whole bottle
Don't brush your teeth after using the mouthwash
Don't drink anything after using the mouthwash
For best results avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 4 hours before using the mouthwash.
Also avoid taking medicine, alcohol, and other substances for at least 72 hours before using the mouthwash.
Should not be used by people that are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the age of 18.
