Concentrates usually are sticky and not very fun to touch with your hands, therefore tools (dabbers) are often used for this, mostly made of titanium, but also glass and steel. Sometimes they look like something the dentist uses, sometimes something more simple. The point is to be able to easily use dabbers when you put concentrates on the nail, but also when simply handling and cutting your material.
