Warranty
INSURED PACKAGES & DELIVERIES
If you see any physical damage on your package, report this to the agency straight away. Don't accept a broken package, instead, let your agency send it back to us. As soon as we have received the package, we will send out a new one. All damage shall be documented with photos/video.
GLASS, WOOD & METAL
Mostly concerns bongs, pipes, chillums, and other smoking paraphernalia made of these materials. Check the products thoroughly before first use and contact us immediately if the products have been damaged due to transportation. If the product is unused, we will exchange it for you within 14 days. If you have used the product, we can not exchange it for you. If by any chance something is missing, please contact our customer service for help.
LIGHTERS
If you bought a lighter that for some reason doesn't work, please report this to us within 14 days. Before you contact us, we must ask you to do the following:
In case the lighter is fueled by gas
– Have you tried filling it with more gas?
– Do you see a spark when you press down the ignition?
In case the lighter is electronic
– Have you checked the charge? (charge it with the cable you received in the package)
– Do you see a spark when you press down the ignition?
If you, after receiving your package, notice that something is missing or broken, please contact our customer service for assistance.
GRINDERS
Grinders from the following companies have a 1-year warranty: RYOT and Storz & Bickel. Kannastör offers a lifetime warranty.
All other grinders, except for these, do not have a warranty. In case you notice something wrong with your grinder, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package for assistance.
CLEANURINE & DETOX
We offer no warranty on CleanUrine or Detox products. Returns/exchanges are only valid if the product is unused and sealing untouched. Please note that the products are not intended to manipulate government tests. If we suspect misuse of these products, we reserve the right to refuse your purchase.
DIGITAL SCALES
Scales are sometimes delivered with a warranty of 3, 5, or even 10 years. It's important to know that this warranty is offered by the manufacturer and not by Smoketower. We do always, however, include a one-year warranty with all digital scales in our assortment. This means that we exchange your broken unit free of charge, given that the purchase was made within a year and that the scale has not been subjected to external damage.
Digital scales are fragile and sensitive to both impacts as well as higher weights than they are meant for. Therefore it's important to be careful both during usage but also when storing so that the scale doesn't end up wedged in-between other items. If you wish to make use of a possible longer warranty you have to contact the manufacturer personally.
E-CIGARETTES
We have a 1-year warranty on our e-cigarettes. In case of a warranty issue please contact our customer service. We will check the product, and once we've approved the warranty, we can send out a new one.
VAPORIZERS
We have a 1 year warranty on all vaporizers/electronics, with the exception of if you have used something other than what it is intended for in your vaporizer. Always report a defect or damage immediately when you discover the problem.
If your vaporizer stops working within the warranty period, contact our customer service to receive a return shipping label. NOTE: Clean the vaporizer thoroughly before packing it in its original packaging or equivalent. After an approved complaint, we will contact you and send you a new vaporizer. Should the product no longer be in stock, we reserve the right to replace you with an at least equivalent product.

DaVinci and Pax offer a 10-year warranty in total, but only 1 year via Smoketower.
Storz & Bickel offers the following warranties:
- 2 year warranty on Mighty and Crafty+ products
- 3 year warranty on Volcano and Plenty products
These warranties are offered by Storz & Bickel themselves, which means that you as the customer must contact Storz & Bickel directly.
TinyMight offers a 3-year manufacturer warranty and wants the customer to contact them directly via email, mail@tinymightvape.com.
SEEDS FROM SWESEEDS.COM
Since Sweseeds' seeds are sold as souvenirs the warranty only regards damaged products in delivery, the warranty does NOT cover germinate.
