DELIVERY METHODS & FORMAT
If you have ordered smaller products you will most likely receive them in our white padded envelopes. Please note that choosing Letter (non-trackable) the package is not insured and lost goods will not be replaced by Nordic Trade Tower AB. Therefore, it is recommended to choose PostNord MyPack Collect, DHL Service Point, or UPS, so that your package is both insured and traceable.
If you order larger things you will receive your order in a cardboard box. Orders outside Sweden are always delivered in cardboard boxes.
All our packages have Nordic Trade Tower AB as sender and are sent in discreet packages/cardboard boxes. This means that no logo or shop name is printed on the package, and there's nothing on the outside of the package indicating what is inside it. In other words, you are completely safe when your order from us.
DELIVERIES IN SWEDEN
From the moment you place your order to it being sent out from our warehouse takes a maximum of 24 hours (exceptions could be holidays, weekends, and abnormally large order quantities). If the product you ordered is sold out we will contact you. We reserve our rights for possible sell-outs. If something in your order is back-ordered we reserve the right to send you an equivalent product after contacting you as a customer and agreeing on a solution. Therefore, always provide your correct contact information!
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE SWEDEN
From the moment you place your order to it being sent out from our warehouse takes a maximum of 24 hours (exceptions could be holidays, weekends, and abnormally large order quantities). Additionally, it takes different amounts of time for the transporter you choose for sending your package from Sweden to your country. Therefore, always contact the transporter for more information regarding your delivery. If the product you ordered is sold out we will contact you. We reserve our rights for possible sell-outs. If something in your order is back-ordered we reserve the right to send you an equivalent product after contacting you and agreeing on a solution. Therefore, always provide your correct contact information!
Estimated delivery days for each transporter:
- PostNord Letter: 1-3 workdays
- PostNord MyPack Collect: 1-3 workdays
- DHL Service Point: 1-3 workdays
- UPS Europe: 3-4 workdays
- UPS US/Canada: 4-7 workdays
UPS makes 1-3 attempts to deliver at the customer's home before leaving the package at the agent/access point closest to the customer.
With shipments going out of Sweden we take no responsibility for customs or various restrictions.
We know the feeling, that when you have placed an order you cant wait until you have it in your hand. Therefore we have set up several notifications to give you a good insight into your order and package delivery and keep you 100% up to date with where your package is and when it has arrived.
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation in your email, confirming that your order is placed. (If you don't get this email within 1-2 minutes after you have placed your order, contact us immediately)
- Prior notice: As soon as your order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email, a so-called prior notice, which includes your tracking number with which you will be able to track your package and collect the package when it has arrived.
If you have chosen to Pickup your order in the Solna shop, you will get an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
- Transporter's notice: Depending on which notification option you made the transporter will notify you with information about when your package is delivered and where you can pick it up. When home delivery is chosen you will always get notified beforehand. If the home delivery fails the package will be left at the closest agent/access point, and you will receive another notification.
Like this, you always know what's happening with your order.You can be notified through either SMS or E-mail
- If you want an SMS notification, write a valid cellphone number in the cellphone field at the checkout.
- If you want an E-MAIL notification, write a valid address in the e-mail field at the checkout.
Our systems prioritize SMS notifications first, thereafter the e-mail notification. If none of these data are available the transporter will send you a traditional paper notification.
