Storz & Bickel

The beginning of Storz & Bickel starts with Markus Storz's desire to develop an herbal vaporizer for medical purposes. After years of development, the Volcano hit the market in 2000. Two years later Storz was joined by Jürgen Bickel and Storz & Bickel was founded with headquarters in Tuttlingen, Germany. In 2009 Storz & Bickel received certification for manufacturing medical devices and a year later they became the first company worldwide to have an herbal vaporizer certified for medical use.

Storz & Bickel has since gone from strength to strength in developing desktop and portable vaporizers with Volcano versions like the Hybrid and handheld devices such as Crafty, Mighty, and Venty. More than 20 years after it hit the market, the Volcano Classic is still one of the most effective vaporizers and a symbol of German top engineering with high-quality materials that guarantee a lifetime of super-tasty vapor.
