Terms & Conditions reseller

The following terms are accepted when submitting an application to become a reseller with us.

Returns/Complaints

• Returns must always be handled through contact with your sales representative.

• Complaints must be returned using our own return label, which we will send to you.

• In case of a withdrawal (14 days), the reseller is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Payment

Invoice purchases are only offered after the first order, and the first payment must always be made in advance.

Free shipping applies to orders over 4,000 SEK (excl. VAT).

To avoid shipping costs, you can pick up your order at our store in Solna.
